City Council planners have now granted permission for the above planning application by order dated 6th of March 2015; the permission includes provision for the demolition of 1, 1A and 1B Sybil Hill Road and the erection of 79 dwellings.
Any appeal to An Bord Pleanála must be submitted within 28 days of the order which is 2nd April, 2015.
