Proposed development in St. Anne’s Park at St. Paul’s College

I am not in favour of the proposed development in St. Anne’s Park at St. Paul’s College and have and continue to state this on the public record.
Applications of this nature, i.e. for 100 or more houses are referred to as ‘Strategic Housing Developments’ under the Housing and Residential Tenancies Act 2016 and such applications are made directly to An Bord Pleanála and not through Dublin City Council. The Planning reference number is 300559 and the details of the application can be viewed on www.stpaulsshd.ie . The details of the application are complex and very lengthy.
Observations/objections are to be addressed to An Bord Pleanála (to include the fee of €20) and submitted by 5th February 2018.
